There's nothing to post. The Overlay & Stream Toolkit is a digital download, so "delivery" means a link landing in your inbox.

How it arrives

After you send the order form, we email you a payment link. Once payment goes through, we send a second email with your download — a single zip containing the overlays, alerts, scene collections and setup guides, all in clearly named folders.

How fast

We aim to send your download the same working day, and always within one business day. We're a small remote team working standard weekday hours, so an order placed late on a Friday might land on Monday. If you're on a deadline, say so in the message box and we'll do our best to jump on it.

No physical shipping

Because everything is digital, there are no postage costs, no couriers, and no customs — wherever you are in the world, you get the same instant access. Your country's currency will convert from the US-dollar price at checkout.

Getting your files

You'll download the zip, unzip it on your computer, and follow the "Start here" guide inside. The files sit on your own machine, so you can re-import them any time. We recommend keeping a copy in your own cloud storage as a backup.

Updates & re-downloads

Your purchase includes a year of free updates. When we improve the pack we'll email registered buyers a fresh link. Lost your download or changed computers? Email [email protected] and we'll re-send it — no charge.
