Terms of Use

These terms cover buying and using the Overlay & Stream Toolkit. Using the site or the pack means you're on board with them.

What you're buying

The Overlay & Stream Toolkit is a downloadable digital product: overlays, alert templates, scene layouts and setup guides. The Toolkit + Setup Review tier adds a one-off 1:1 call. Prices are shown in US dollars and are a one-time payment; payment and delivery are arranged after you send the order form.

Your licence

When you buy the toolkit, you get a personal licence to use and edit the files for your own channel — recolour them, add your name, make them yours. You may not resell, redistribute, or hand the raw files to other people as if they were your own product. One purchase, one creator.

What you may not do

• Share your download link or files publicly or in bulk.
• Repackage the templates and sell them as a competing pack.
• Use the files for anything unlawful, or claim you designed them from scratch when reselling design services built on them.

Our side of the deal

We'll deliver the files described on the site and keep them updated for a year. We build the pack for OBS and Streamlabs; we can't promise it behaves identically in every piece of third-party software, and we can't guarantee any particular audience or income — that part is up to you and your content.

Changes & law

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the "last updated" date shows when. The toolkit and this site are provided by Creaticast Lab, Klaipėda, Lithuania, and these terms are read under Lithuanian law. Questions? Write to [email protected].
